CE Marking for Declaration of Performance of Shower Enclosures Manufactured
Our range of Shower Enclosures styles and shapes have been tested to conform the BS EN14428:2008+A1 (Shower Enclosures - Functional requirements and test methods). This means they meet the requirements of the mandate given under the EU Construction Product Directive (89/106/EEC).
Therefore all of our shower enclosures hold the 'CE' Mark on the instructions and glass panels and are supplied with a declaration of performance.
This CE Marking on the instruction manuals and glass of our shower enclosures identifies that the product meets to the essential requirements for European Health & Safety as well as Environmental Protection Legislation.
This therefore means these enclosures meet the mandatory requirements for the products to be sold and installed in the European Economic Marketplace.
